As Founder and Managing Director, Hugh’s main objective is to ensure our customers’ satisfaction by having the right team in place to complete projects on time and within budget. Key focus areas to achieve that aim involve: customer growth and retention, customer contract negotiations, recruitment (particularly our Apprentice Programme) and day-to-day staff management, including through challenging times such as Covid-19. With 35 years’ experience in the stainless and structural steel industries, Hugh prides himself on continually expanding his knowledge so that we can develop and innovate our offering.
